responsibility for leadership and enlightenment of
the users of stenotype reporting of proceedings and
of the public regarding the special competence,
importance, and value of the court reporting system.
Promoting a broader
understanding and acceptance of the qualified
stenotype reporter as indispensable to the judicial
system of this state.
Encouraging,
establishing, and maintaining high standards of
professional education, competence, performance, and
ethics for all of New Hampshire's licensed stenotype
reporters.
